On December 12, 2019, we held a Regional Meeting at Lawton City Hall. This was the second Regional Meeting of seven across the state of Oklahoma. We had a productive discussion about the public transit needs in the southwest counties of Oklahoma and attendees had the opportunity to highlight travel patterns and problem areas on a map. Interstate travel connections, longer service spans, access to healthy food sources, and non-emergency medical trips were seen as major transit needs in the region.
